Operation steps for this machine
1)The steel bar according to the design requirements to cut and bend, ready the required length and shape of the steel bar.
2)According to the design requirements of the steel cage, adjust the parameters of the steel cage forming machine, including steel diameter, cage diameter, cage length, etc.
3)Put the steel bar into the feed port of the steel cage forming machine one by one, and bend and fix the steel bar through the mechanical transmission device.
4)The operator should always pay attention to the operation of the machine, to ensure the smooth operation of the steel cage forming machine, no abnormal sound or vibration.
5)In the process of steel cage molding, timely clean up the accumulation of material and debris on the machine to keep the machine clean.
6)After the completion of the steel cage molding, stop the machine operation, take out the formed steel cage, and check.
7)For the defective or unqualified steel cage, it should be repaired or remade in time.
