The working principle of steel cage welding machine:

 

According to the construction requirements, the main bar of the steel cage is fixed manually through the corresponding circular hole of the template of the fixed rotating disc to the corresponding hole of the moving rotating disc, and the end of the disc (winding) is welded on a main bar first, and then the winding bar is wound on the main bar by rotating the fixed rotating disc and moving rotating disc (the moving disc is rotated while moving), and welding is carried out at the same time. Thus forming the product steel cage, which is the working principle of the bored pile steel cage hobbing welding machine, that is, the "steel cage forming machine".
