Automatic Pile Cage Welding Machine is designed and manufactured to produce steel reinforcement cages to be used for production of PC and PHC Pile using weldable deformed special steel(ULBON) bars. The machine consists of Maindrum, Spiral Wire Spool, Tailstock equipped with chucking plate, Tailstock Frame with Cage Support, and PLC programmed Control Panel including SCR controlled Welding Power Transformer-water cooled.

Pile Cage Welding Machine technology integrates main bar positioning, stirrup straightening, stirrup winding, and steel bar welding (carbon dioxide protection) forming. The main bars of the steel cage are fixed manually through the corresponding round holes of the template of the fixed rotating disk to the corresponding holes of the moving rotating disk. The ends of the stirrups (winding bars) are first welded to a main bar, and then passed through the fixed rotating disk and the moving rotating disk. The rotating plate rotates to wrap the stirrups around the main bars (the movable plate moves backward while rotating) and welds at the same time to form the product steel cage.

The entire production area is divided into four parts, namely the equipment area, stirrup storage area (Area A), main bar storage area (Area B), and steel cage finished product storage area (Area C). Full consideration must be given to the movement and movement of various raw materials and finished products. Easy to store. Pay attention to the following points:
Area A is the storage area for stirrups (disc bars). The width of this area must be at least 3m. It is best to have a road connecting the upper side of area A to facilitate the storage of stirrups and the placement of stirrup racks. If there is no road on the upper side, the distance between both sides of the equipment and the boundary of the production area should be convenient for materials to enter and exit;
The equipment and the boundary of the production area must be at least 1m apart. If materials are considered to enter and exit area A, one or both sides must be at least 2 to 3m away from the boundary of the production area;
Area B is the main raw material area, mainly considering the convenience of loading and storage;
Area C is the storage area for finished steel cages, mainly considering the convenience of unloading materials and repair welding of steel cages.
