CNC Rebar Cage Welder
The steel bar cage production equipment controlled by PLC ended the history of manual binding of steel cages. 1.Pile diameter model
Steel cage welding machine can be roughly divided into the following types according to the different pile diameters. Type 1250, type 1500, type 2000, type 2200, type 2500, type 3000. For example, the 2000 type can make a steel cage with a pile diameter below 2 meters. Type 2500 can be made of steel cage with pile diameter below 2.5 meters. Then according to their own drawings on the pile diameter of the steel cage to determine the steel cage hob-welding machine model.
2. Winding method
The reinforcement of the steel cage can be divided into two ways: single reinforcement winding and double reinforcement winding. In the purchase of steel cage roll-welding machine to describe to the manufacturer clearly on their drawings of the steel cage requirements are single or double wound.
3. The main rib arrangement
Steel cage hob-welder requires manual insertion of the main rib into the conduit. Therefore, the main bar is a single bar arrangement of the steel cage needs a single bar catheter. The main rib of the steel cage is double rib and the catheter required is double rib. Be sure to describe it clearly to the manufacturer.
