1. General specification:
The equipment is equipped with automatic loading device of main bar, distance adjustment of main bar, manual placement of reinforcing ring device, automatic welding device of main bar, automatic separation device of steel skeleton and main body, manual placement of outer ring and welding.

2. Supplementary instruction for main bar automatic loading device:

After the raw materials are threaded and polished into semi-finished products, the automatic feeding device put them into the main bar welding device once by one piece, which is composed of 6 cross slide tables equipped with 6 350 double protection welding machines. After the system controls the automatic loading and positioning of the main bars, the clamping and welding can automatically distribute and weld the main bars evenly without manual participation.

3. Supplementary instruction for Spindle Drive:

In the spindle rotating device, the spindle is provided with 6 groups of reinforcing ring fixing devices, which need to be manually adjusted and placed in the reinforcing ring, and the main rib welding can be performed by operation procedure after fixing. After the finished steel skeleton is welded, there is a finished material bearing table at the bottom, which can be automatically moved to the next process.

4. The finished material bearing table has several sets of hydraulic support mechanism, and the outer ring will gradually fall and support, so that the steel skeleton is always in the support state, until the outer ring is placed and welded, the finished product can be lifted off.
