Welding Operation

1. Before welding, use a shearing machine to cut off the irregular part of the steel mesh in order to obtain a regular mesh shape.
2. Use a cleaning brush to clean the debris and rust around the welding points to ensure the quality of the welding points.
3. Ensure that the supply speed of the welding wire and the welding time are set appropriately to obtain good welding results. If you need to adjust, you can operate through the electronic control unit.
4. Align the electrode of the welding machine with the welding point and maintain a certain welding pressure. At the same time, keep the moving speed of the welding machine stable.
