Product Features
Instead of manual processing,it simplifies complex and difficult manual processing processes. In steel cage making, on a human-assisted basis, the automatic production equipment can complete main reinforcement feeding, stirrup straightening and winding, stirrup and main reinforcement welding and other processes. It greatly improves the processing efficiency and product quality. Compared with the old product, several important structures are optimized to make it more reasonable and the cost is greatly reduced, and the equipment is more competitive in the market. The plate part of the flexible die ring and cross bar installation design, can be flexibly replaced according to different pile specifications, economical and applicable.
The movement and rotation of the fixed circling and moving disk are set by a PLC and 3 frequency converters. The motor synchronization is required to ensure the overall size of the finished cage.
It can complete the welding work of single main reinforcement single stirrup, single main reinforcement double stirrup and double main reinforcement double stirrup of pile foundation with diameter 400mm~2500mm.
Structural Design
The structure of the fixed frame and the mobile frame is optimized to reduce the weight of the main engine and the load of the power unit, so that the heavier steel cage can be made.
The rim structure is optimized. It abandons the process of cold bending of the front steel after processing. The raw material is changed to high-strength seamless steel pipe, which is directly used after precision cold-forming. In this way, the rim of the wheel is in contact with the round surface of the support roller to increase the contact surface. The operation of the equipment is more stable, and the operating inertia of the equipment is greatly reduced.
When the steel cage skeleton rotates, it is dragged backward by the moving disc, and the disc bar does not move.


Working Principle
The diameter of the steel cage is precisely controlled by a template of the same diameter. A project usually requires two to seven types of templates.
The main rib spacing depends on the same number of casing spacing as the main rib number that is manually arranged on the template in advance.
When the cage diameter and the number of main bars change, manual replacement of the template and rearrangement of the casing are required. It takes about 1 hour.
Optional Configuration
It is equipped with multiple sets of hydraulic support devices to prevent the steel cage from sagging due to its own weight.
It is equipped with multi-component tray to prevent the main rib from being confused during the production process.
In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the construction image, the chain type main bar automatic feeding mechanism and automatic welding robot are available for customers to choose (not recommend).
