First, safety operation procedures
1. The operator must have relevant safe operation skills and experience, and can only operate after qualified training.
2. Before cutting the steel bar, check whether the equipment is running properly and the blade is sharp and free of defects.
3. The operator must wear labor protective equipment correctly, such as safety helmet, gloves, goggles, etc.
4. The operator shall not wear loose clothing and ornaments, and ensure that long hair and other items are properly fixed.
5. In the process of operation, attention should be paid to the safety of the surrounding environment to ensure that no other personnel are in the dangerous area.
6. The operator shall maintain concentration and shall not distract his attention from other irrelevant operations.
7. Before operation, it should be confirmed that there are no flammable and explosive items in the working area, so as to cause an accident.
8. The operator shall not touch or adjust the equipment at will, so as not to cause danger.
