Precautions For Safe Operation

1. Stay sober and do not drink or smoke.

2. Pay attention to the stability of the surrounding environment and equipment to ensure safety.

3. Keep a safe distance between the hand and other body parts and the electrode to avoid electric shock accidents.

Fault phenomenon: steel welding machine equipment no-load debugging is normal, no welding output during welding, workpiece is not welded.

Cause of failure and elimination: The above faults are generally repaired by the following situations, please refer to the electrical schematic diagram.

(1) The welding switch of the solder resistance controller responsible for controlling the welding output is not opened;

(2) The welding time setting adjustment is too short;

(3) The welding heat setting adjustment is too small;

(4) The welding transformer contact group has poor contact or the adjustment gear is too low;

(5) The input and output terminal screws of the welding controller are loose and in poor contact.
