Material Preparation
(1) Steel: Select steel bars that meet the design requirements, and ensure that the mechanical properties of steel bars meet the requirements of the code.
(2) Welding mesh: Select the welding mesh that meets the design requirements, and ensure its quality is stable.
Reinforcement Preparation
(1) Steel bar cutting: According to the design requirements, the use of steel bar cutting machine to cut the steel bar into the required length.
(2) Steel bar straightening: Use the steel bar straightening machine to straighten the steel bar to ensure that the straightness of the steel bar meets the requirements.
Fault Phenomenon
The steel welding machine is responsible for pulling the mesh walking movement of the mesh car stepper motor does not work.
Cause of failure and elimination:
(1) Responsible for control stepper driver power switch did not open (control cabinet stepper motor switch);
(2) The safety core of the input power supply of the stepper motor driver is blown;
(3) The output line between the stepper motor driver and the motor is in poor contact, the stepper motor driver setting current is insufficient or the controller has entered the protection state;
(4) The stepper motor is used for too long in the case of overload, and the drive controller is protected from overheating.
