As shown in the figure, (a) is designed to process steel bar products. This machining shape is more complex in the processing of steel bars, because it involves the reversal of the torsion head. As shown in figure (b), the steel bar is twisted into the figure shape by the interaction force between the twisting claw and the steel bar. In order to shape the bar into the shape shown in Figure (a), the torsion claw must be turned under the bar to bend the bar, which is achieved by the movement of the movable plate. The specific process is :a, the activity plate moves towards the vertical paper side, which is mainly to prevent the activity plate from making contact with the steel bar when moving up and down. B. The moving plate moves upward until the whole moving plate is above the steel bar. c, the activity plate moves outward towards the vertical paper, this process is the reverse process of step 1. d, the movable disk rotates, at this time the axis is above the steel bar, and the twisting claw is below the steel bar. After completing the above four steps, the steel bar can be bent upward, and the steel bar is bent into the shape shown in Figure (c). Finally, the same method is used to restore the position of the torsion claw in figure (b), and the processing in figure (b) can be completed once again to obtain the steel bar product as shown in Figure (a). During the whole process, the twisting claw always moves around the axis.

The cutting tool head is located in front of the torsion part. When a product is finished processing, the industrial computer sends a signal to open the electro-hydraulic valve to drive the tool head motion to cut the steel bar.
