The focus of the control part is how to control the feed displacement and bending Angle of the steel bar. The control system needs to complete two aspects of control. First, the feed length of the steel bar is controlled to meet the machining requirements. This part is completed by a group of closed-loop control through the displacement information fed back by the rotary encoder. Secondly, the processing Angle of the torsion head is controlled. It is difficult to reach the machining design Angle with one twist. Therefore, the Angle information transmitted by the Angle sensor is controlled by another set of closed-loop control systems.
