Safe Operating Procedure

1. After the power is turned on, each single machine is tested separately, and its operation is observed. After ensuring that there is no abnormal condition, it can be started online.
2. After the online startup, it is strictly forbidden to get close to the machine or touch the machine with your hand in the startup state to prevent squeezing or other accidents.
3. The emergency stop switch on the operating platform should always be in a state of easy control, and the surrounding space should be large enough, which is conducive to emergency parking of staff and avoid personal equipment injury.
4. The pressure of compressed air in the gas pipe is adjusted through the pressure regulator filter, and the adjustment pressure should be gradually adjusted from small to large, and the speed cannot be too fast.
