Safety Maintenance Procedure

1. When the machine is being maintained, repaired, cleaned or adjusted, a warning sign of "Under repair, no operation" should be hung (placed) on the operating table to prevent injury to the human body and equipment caused by inadverdial operation.
2. To repair pneumatic components, power off, turn off the air source, and discharge the remaining compressed air in the pipeline. At the same time, a warning sign of "Under repair, No operation" should be hung (placed) on the operating platform before maintenance can be carried out to avoid personal equipment injury.
3. In order to ensure the normal use of pneumatic components and extend the service life, the compressed air in the gas pipe should be filtered and dried, and the water should be discharged regularly in the pipeline.
