The hardware structure of the servo controller will affect the rationality of the intelligent control information processing scheme. In the multi-loop control structure, the information processing scheme is limited by the hardware conditions such as data exchange between each processor and signal acquisition. For the position servo system with multiple loops of position, speed and current, the position loop is generally built on the basis of the speed loop, so the influence of various processor hardware structures is mainly reflected in the dynamic information acquisition and processing of the speed loop and current loop.
The information processing structure of CNC steel bar bending machine adopts multi-processor parallel information processing structure. The servo controller system with completely parallel structure uses multiple cpus to complete the control algorithm, and the control instructions are completed by the joint action of each CPU.
