The steel bar is brought into the straightening section by a group of master-slave driving wheels. The second group is directly driven by a three-phase AC permanent magnet synchronous motor. The first group of master and slave wheel and the second group of master and slave wheel are connected by the sprocket, the second group of driving wheel rotation at the same time drive the first group of driving wheel rotation, so that the steel bar can be sent from the outside for straightening. The first group of wheels is the measuring wheel, its role is to measure the length of the steel bar feed. The measurement result of the measuring wheel is processed by the photoelectric encoder to form a pulse signal that can be processed by the computer, and the information is fed back to the single chip microcomputer in the servo controller. The servo driver drives the motor to operate, so the motor makes the main and slave driving wheel run again to make the steel bar feed and finally eliminate the difference.

A potentiometric Angle sensor is used to measure the bending Angle of the steel bar. The output voltage of this sensor is processed to form a signal that can be processed by the computer. The closed-loop control of steel bar bending Angle is similar to the closed-loop control of feed length in control principle and flow. The steel bar enters the torsion part of the steel bar after the horizontal and vertical straightening, and the bending process of the steel bar begins after the signal is sent by the industrial computer.
