Safe operation rules
1. Check the wear of the blade, such as serious wear or cutting edge crack, the blade can be changed to use, or replace the blade; Check whether the connecting bolt of the cutting tool is loose; Check the gap between the upper and lower blades. If the gap is too large, shims should be added to adjust.
2. Check whether the air source and power supply are connected.
3. Check whether the electrical circuit switch is normal; Check whether each air pipe is intact.
4. After the power supply, start the hydraulic station oil pump and make it run for 3-5 minutes with empty load.
5. Each single machine test run, and observe its operation.
6. After ensuring that there is no abnormal situation, you can start online.
7. The pressure of the hydraulic station shall be adjusted through the pressure regulator, and the adjustment pressure shall be gradually adjusted from small to large, and the speed shall not be too fast.
