Prepare For Startup

a. Check whether the power connection of the steel cage forming machine is normal and ensure that the voltage is stable.

b. Check the oil level of the lubricating oil to ensure that the lubrication system works normally.

c Check whether the operating parts of the machine are in good condition, such as belt, chain, transmission device, etc.

Debug Operations

a. Feed the rebar into the feed port of the machine and adjust the position of the feed spoke to ensure that the rebar can pass smoothly.

b. By adjusting the parameters of the machine, such as speed, pressure, etc., so that the steel bar in the molding process to maintain the appropriate tension.

c. Observe the halo of the steel cage in the molding process, adjust the machine parameters in time to ensure that the diameter and length of the steel cage meet the requirements.
