Reinforcement Bending Machine

The rebar is usually stored in the form of a disc. In the CNC steel bar bending machine, the feed and straightening of steel bars are completed at the same time. Two sets of wheels bring the rebar in from the outside and simultaneously straighten it horizontally. Among them, the second group of driving wheel is directly driven by the servo motor through the intermediate transmission mechanism, the first group of driving wheel and the second group of driving wheel are connected by the sprocket, and the second group of driving wheel is driven by the sprocket at the same time, so that the task of feeding the steel bar can be realized.

The torsion head is the key part of steel bar processing, and the final processing of steel bar is completed by the torsion head part. The curved torsion head of the steel bar is mounted on a movable plate, which is composed of two parts: one is a twisting claw at one end of the plate, and the processing of the steel bar is completed by applying force to the steel bar. The other part is the axis part, and the twisting claw is carried out around the axis when it is moving.
