CNC Steel Bar Horizontal Bending Center
Anti-noise transmission roller table design provides safety and environmental protection. The main machine adopts no-backlash meshing technology for accurate positioning and no noise. ·Start the device
After confirming that the equipment inspection is correct and the materials are ready, the bending center of the steel bar can be activated:
1. Turn on the power switch. The device automatically starts.
2. Adjust the device parameters, such as the bending Angle and length, as required.
·Bend the steel bar
After the device is started and the parameters are set, you can start bending the bar:
1. Place the steel bar in the bending mold to ensure that the position is correct.
2. Operate the device to bend, and pay attention to the bending of the steel bar to prevent breakage or deformation.
3. After the bending is completed, take out the steel bar and check its quality, such as whether the bending Angle and shape meet the requirements.
