CNC steel bar horizontal bend center
Anti-noise transmission roller table design provides safety and environmental protection. The main machine adopts no-backlash meshing technology for accurate positioning and no noise. ·Check the quality
After the bending is complete, the quality of the steel bar needs to be checked:
1. Check whether the bending Angle of the steel bar meets the design requirements.
2. Check whether the steel bar has cracks or breaks.
3. If the quality problem is found, it needs to be adjusted or re-bent.
·Unload the steel bar
After the inspection is completed and the quality of the steel bar is confirmed, the steel bar can be unloaded:
1. Place the qualified steel bars in the designated position for subsequent construction.
2. Clean the table and mold, ready for the next round of bending operation.
After a batch of steel bar bending, the equipment needs to be maintained.
