Power On Instructions
According to the indication on the electrical box, connect the three-phase 380V - 415V power supply and turn on the power.
Open the circuit breaker inside the electrical box, turn on the emergency stop switch. At this point, the touch screen lights up and you can select the Chinese/English language to enter the operation interface.
Select the manual-automatic conversion mode on the electrical button and switch to the manual mode.
Click on the "forward" or "backward" button on the main control panel to make the wire feeding wheel drive the steel bar to move forward or backward accordingly. At the same time, the machine meter displays the real-time length position on the main mold panel.
Clicking the oil pump to start will make you hear the sound of the oil pump rotating. Then, press the lower cutting tool, and the cutting tool can extend. Press the cutting tool back, and it can retract. Press the electric cutting, and the cutting tool can run back and forth once. This is normal. If the cutting cannot be done normally, adjust the three-phase power supply of the hydraulic motor to make the oil pump rotate in the forward direction.
