Reinforcement processing and connection methods
1. The reinforcement cage of the super-long concrete cast-in-place pile is usually pre-assembled on-site. According to the length of the reinforcement cage, it is lifted in 4 to 5 sections, with each section's length controlled within 30 meters.
2. The main reinforcement bars of the engineering pile reinforcement cage are connected using locknut-type straight-thread sleeve connection, while the test and anchor piles use split-type straight-thread hydraulic connection.
3. The reinforcement cage is lifted using an 80t crawler crane and a 25t truck crane in a dual-hoisting manner. After being erected upright, it is lifted by the 80t crawler crane into the pile hole. The last section of the hoisting is a steel skeleton cage composed of acoustic tubes, grouting pipes, and lifting bars.
4. The hole opening is fixed using 4 steel bars with a diameter of 40mm as a flat bar.
