1. Use manual straightening
1) Local zigzagging, bending or disc steel should be straightened.
2) Steel bar straightening generally use slow speed hoist straightening and straightening machine straightening, in the absence of straightening equipment, thick steel bar can be bent, straightening hammer or with chuck, wrench, hammer straightening; The fine steel bar can be winched (mill) straightened or straightened by a guide wheel or a serpentine tube straightening device
3) The serpentine tube straightener
The serpentine tube straightener is used for straightening cold drawn low carbon steel wire. The operation method is to pull the steel wire forward through the serpentine pipe and straighten it. If there is a local slow bend can be struck straight with a small hammer.
2. Use a steel bar straightener
1) Adjust the straightening block. There are five straightening blocks in the general straightening cylinder, and the first and fifth straightening blocks must be placed on the center line, and the middle three can deviate from the center line. First make the steel bar offset about 3mm offset, after the test adjustment, if the steel bar is still slow bending, gradually increase the offset until it is straightened.
2) When the steel bar is adjusted until the end, the personnel must stay out of the way to prevent injury. Steel bars shorter than 2m or with a diameter greater than 9mm should be straightened and processed at low speed.
3) After cutting three or four steel bars, stop to check whether the length is appropriate. If there is an error, adjust the measuring board until it is appropriate to stop.
4) The front of the guide pipe should be equipped with a steel bar of 1 meter. The straightened steel bar should first pass through the steel pipe, and then through the guide cylinder and the straightening cylinder to avoid each plate of steel bar near the end of the straightening.
5) Before the straightening block is not fixed and the protective cover is not covered, the steel bar should not be pierced to avoid the straightening block flying out and wounding people after starting the machine.
6) No objects are allowed to be stacked mechanically to avoid objects falling into the body. The steel bar is loaded into the rolling, the hand and the drum should adhere to a certain interval, the machine should not adjust the drum during the work, and it is forbidden to wear gloves.
