Automatic steel bar step feeding system LYFS12 Diameter of loading bar 10~40 mm

This system is a kind of automatic stepped steel bar feeding equipment independently developed for the problems of low efficiency and high cost in the field of construction steel bar processing. The system is simple in structure, easy to operate, accurate and efficient in feeding and can greatly reduce labor cost.

The system adopts modular design, which is composed of chain loading frame, ladder dividing frame and roller conveying frame. It can be used with CNC steel bar shearing line, sawing and threading production line and other steel bar processing equipment.

Loading process：Hang the bound steel bar bundle on the chain loading rack of the equipment. After untying, transfer them from the loading rack to the step parting rack. The ladder parting rack is staggered with moving and static toothed parting plates. The moving parting plate lifts the transferred steel bars to the static parting plate, step by step to complete the material separation. Finally, the quantitative steel bar is transported to the supporting steel bar processing equipment by the roller feed frame.
