After parameter setting, the equipment can automatically complete the whole technological process including main bar feeding and positioning, spiral rib automatic winding, continuous automatic spot welding, rolling forming and finished product discharging. Repeated manual measurement, calibration and adjustment are no longer required in the production process, which greatly reduces human interference and error rate.

In terms of production efficiency, this automatic rolling welder has obvious advantages compared with manual operation. The equipment supports stable continuous operation for 24 hours. Under the same working hours, its comprehensive production efficiency is 3–5 times higher than manual binding processing. A single set of equipment can independently undertake the daily steel cage processing task of large construction projects.
