The truss machine is mainly composed of six parts: structural frame, X-axis assembly, Y-axis assembly, Z-axis assembly, fixture and control cabinet. The structural frame is like the "skeleton" of the truss machine, which is generally composed of structural parts such as columns. Common materials include aluminum profiles, square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, etc. These parts form a stable structure through welding and other methods, and each axis is suspended to a certain height.

Each axis assembly is usually composed of structural parts, guide parts, transmission parts, sensor detection elements and mechanical limit assemblies. The control cabinet, as the "brain" of the truss machine, collects input signals from various sensors or buttons through the industrial controller, and sends instructions to each actuator to achieve the established actions, so that the truss machine can complete the work tasks accurately and efficiently.
