On the morning of April 22nd, the office building of the intelligent CNC steel bar processing equipment production base project of Shandong Zhongji Luoyuan Machinery Co., Ltd., located in the second phase of the Digital Economy Industrial Park in Taibai Lake New District, was successfully topped out. The first and second production workshops of the project had all been topped out and completed before. With the final batch of concrete being poured in place, the entire project's main structure has been fully completed, marking a significant breakthrough in the project's construction and laying a solid foundation for the early completion and commissioning.
This project is jointly invested by a Sichuan cooperative enterprise and implemented by Shandong Zhongji Luoyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. Shiqiao Town provided comprehensive and proactive services throughout the process and ensured the supply of all necessary resources, facilitating the quick implementation, construction and realization of the project. The project covers an area of approximately 41 acres and has a total investment of approximately 130 million yuan. Among this, the land and construction investment is approximately 70 million yuan, and new construction of about 25,000 square meters of high-standard production workshops and supporting office buildings is carried out; equipment and facility investment is approximately 60 million yuan, and new laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, five-axis gantry milling machines, intelligent warehouses and other high-end intelligent equipment are installed to build a modern intelligent steel bar manufacturing base integrating R&D, production, sales and service.
As a high-tech enterprise in the field of mid-to-high-end CNC steel bar processing equipment, Shandong Zhongji Luyuan focuses on the research, design, production and sales of mid-to-high-end CNC steel bar processing equipment. Its products are widely used in large-scale infrastructure projects such as high-speed railways, highways, bridges and tunnels, rail transit, nuclear power and hydropower, as well as in prefabricated building sectors. It has established long-term cooperation with several major state-owned enterprises including China Railway Engineering Corporation, China Railway Construction Corporation and China Architecture. The products are exported to nearly 100 countries and regions and possess multiple international certifications such as EU CE. In 2023, the enterprise independently developed a fully automatic steel cage workstation, which improves efficiency by 80% compared to traditional equipment, leading the industry in intelligent upgrading.
This project has been successfully established in the Digital Economy Industrial Park of Taibai Lake New District. It will focus on the design, research and development, as well as production and manufacturing of intelligent steel bar equipment. In addition to providing a complete set of standardized CNC steel bar processing equipment, it can also customize high-end steel bar processing integrated solutions to help the construction projects achieve automated, intelligent and unmanned production. After the full-scale production, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 145 million yuan, with annual tax payment of 9 million yuan, and about 200 job positions will be created. In the future, it will strive to become a "specialized, innovative, high-tech" and "small giant" enterprise, aiming to meet the listing standards within 5 years and become a regional intelligent manufacturing benchmark and a new economic growth engine.
The project is advancing rapidly, which is a vivid demonstration of Shiqiao Town's efforts to optimize the business environment and provide precise services for enterprises. Since the project was launched, the town has established a working team to handle all approval procedures, coordinate land guarantees, and solve construction problems, providing "shop assistant" style services to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In the future, the project will fully enter the stage of interior decoration, equipment installation and supporting project construction, aiming to complete and start production as soon as possible and release production capacity.
The completion and commissioning of this project will further enhance the intelligent manufacturing cluster of the Digital Economy Industrial Park in Taibai Lake New District, providing strong impetus for the high-quality development of high-end equipment manufacturing in Jining and the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse.
