At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to cover the electrical parts to ensure smooth heat dissipation. After one to two months of normal operation of the equipment, the circuit breaker, motor terminal and terminal in the electrical box should be tightened one by one when the power is cut off; the oil volume of the reducer and hydraulic station should also be checked. If it is insufficient or too dirty, add or replace the hydraulic oil in time.
In terms of daily maintenance, check the lubrication of each part every 2 months, especially some parts that need lubrication every day. After work every day, confirm again whether the power-off operation has been completed to prevent danger. In addition, use a brush or breeze blower to remove dust in the electric control cabinet regularly every week to ensure its internal cleanliness and prevent short circuit caused by dust.
When the steel cage rolling welding machine is stopped after production, the power supply should be cut off in time for cleaning, and the oil on the track and chain gear should be carefully removed to ensure normal use next time. In addition, according to the production requirements of steel cages of different specifications and models, bearings, screws and other components should be checked and tightened regularly, lubricating oil should be added to the components that need lubrication, and the power grounding wire should be checked regularly. If it is aging or exposed, it should be replaced in time, so as to efficiently and stably assist engineering construction in construction.
