This project is meticulously developed by Shandong Zhongji Luyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. It is located in a prime area along Hengyi Road to the south, Jieshi Road to the west, and Jining Avenue to the north. The total area of the project is approximately 2.87 hectares (28,712 square meters). This former residential land has now undergone a transformation and is now planned as industrial land, carrying the expectations for Jining's manufacturing industry to reach new heights. According to the plan, the project will construct a total assembly workshop, multi-functional production workshop, research and development center, office building, and comprehensive exhibition hall, among other modern facilities, with a total construction area of 19,166.43 square meters. At the same time, the enterprise will purchase over 200 sets of advanced production equipment such as laser cutting machines, machining centers, CNC lock presses, through-type shot blasting machines, and research and development 3D scanners and pressure machines, and will build 5 digital new assembly lines to form a highly intelligent and modern production base.
Such a large-scale investment is bound to bring substantial returns. Once the project is completed and reaches its full capacity, it will possess strong production capabilities. It is expected to produce 300 sets of CNC steel bar bending frames, 260 sets of CNC steel bar cage rolling welders, and 500 sets of CNC steel bar bending centers and other construction machinery equipment annually. This will not only meet the huge demand for steel bar processing equipment in domestic infrastructure construction, but also help Jining manufacturing enter the international market and enhance Jining's influence in the global manufacturing sector.
From the perspective of land utilization, this transformation of residential land to industrial land is an important decision made by Jining City based on its own development strategy. Among this, 26 million yuan will be used for infrastructure investment to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction. Currently, the project has officially started in August 2025 and is scheduled to be completed in September 2026, with a 14-month intense construction period. This period of construction will witness the transformation of this land, and a modern intelligent CNC steel bar processing equipment production base is about to rise from the ground.
